Insomnia or Sexsomnia
Sometimes we are not sure if we cannot sleep because we cannot sleep or is it our body that requires something.
You may not be able to sleep if your stomach is empty or if you had a fight with your friend or partner. Its your thoughts that keep your mind preoccupied. However there may be other reasons like a desire to touch your partner who is angry with you... so think about it. Give him/ her the hug that you feel like giving even if they are asleep. This is sexosomnia , a basic desire for sex that is different from insomnia.
A regular steamy session in the morning will make you less prone to heart attack, migraine and arthritis. A regular session improves circulation, thereby reducing blood pressure.
It burns around 300 calories an hour and at the same time diminishes the risk of developing diabetes, also less prone to depression.
Sex increases the production of testosterone that provides stronger bones and muscles thus helping to keep off osteoporosis. It also makes your hair shine and skin glow by raising the output of oestrogen and other hormones. (American Study, dont know about Indian though!!)
However, having sex more than three times a week can have a negative impact on our immune system, thereby lowering its resistance.
So think about your sleep......Insomnia or Sexosomnia....
