Dreams are the images, thoughts and feelings experienced while asleep, particularly strongly associated with rapid eye movement sleep. I have been constantly dreaming of children or just babies playing. I mentioned it to my fiancé and he simply asked me the usual question “! @#$ %^&*! ?” However, what appeared of my amazing search is that it signifies our own childlike qualities or a retreat back to a childlike state. It is an extension of our inner child during a time of innocence, purity, simplicity, warmth and new beginnings or even a carefree attitude. It may be that we long for the past - a chance to satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. Babies may symbolize something in your own inner nature which is pure, vulnerable, and/or uncorrupted. Babies may represent an aspect of you that is vulnerable and helpless. It’s just that one need to take some time off and cater to the inner child within.
