High BP

We all know and have heard of 'Hypertension' or 'High BP'; it is usually difficult to control.

There are various techniques that can be incorporated in our daily routine like relaxation - in form of yoga or aromatherapy.

Body can be relaxed by massage however medications cannot be replaced unless your 'doc' agrees with this. However, with various techniques he would be convinced to replace the medications with lower dosages. Bathing with essential oil soaps or a body wash that relaxes the body completely.

Both men and women need to pamper themselves with medications like these to ensure that their lives are more controlled and they live it more luxuriously, and tension free. Luxury does not mean they forget their medications though.

Yes! it is possible if that's what you are thinking.

There are various essentail oils that help relax the body by massaging the body with oils like:

Clary sage
Lavender
Marjoram
Melissa
Ylang-ylang

Hope people with High BP can use this form of medication in agreement with their doctors who also can help track the BP levels at regular intervals to ensure that it reaches a normal and does not fall further. Also, people with high BP should continue their excercises though not vigourous ones. Excercises ensure they do not add another set of diseases with certain discipline.
